Terminating the offer
To terminate this offer, customers just need to click on "Stop Lydia+" from the "Sumeria offers" screen accessible from "Profile and settings". Customer keep their Lydia+ status until the end of the subscription month (or year).
If customers terminate their Lydia+ offer (yearly commitment) to subscribe to the black card offered by Sumeria, they can in some cases get a refund for the remaining months until the end of the commitment period of their Lydia offer.
The information and processes mentioned apply to customers owning the V.13 version of the application. Customers using a previous version of the application can terminate their offer by clicking on Stop Lydia+ from the "Lydia versions" section in the "Account" tab.
Limits linked to offer termination
Once the termination is effective, new limits are applied.

Customers using the V13 version of the application can no longer subscribe to Lydia offers. They can however subscribe to the black card offered by Sumeria.
