Sites or entities impersonating Lydia may attempt to contact you for fraudulent purposes.It is important that you verify the email address, website URL or telephone number of any entity attempting to contact you claiming to be, or presenting itself as, part of Lydia.Furthermore, our services never contact our users to obtain their identifiers, their bank card code, their secret code or to request a validation code received by SMS.

Generally speaking, it is important to systematically check that the person or company making the request is authorized to offer the product or service in question in France by carefully consulting the official registers of ORIAS and REGAFI.

You should be particularly vigilant about the risk of identity theft and consult the ACPR and AMF blacklists and alerts. These lists change over time, so don't hesitate to consult them regularly.
