Price
The Basic Card offer is free, with no income requirements and no commitment.
A €2 monthly fee applies only if the card has not been used during the current month.
The customer may cancel or upgrade their plan at any time.
An account inactivity fee of €3 / month will replace the fee mentioned above if the customer does not hold a paid plan and no eligible transaction has been recorded on their payment account during the last two calendar months. These fees are not cumulative with the fees applicable to inactive accounts as provided by the Eckert Law.
An “eligible transaction” is defined as: any incoming or outgoing transfer from or to the payment account, any direct debit from the payment account, payment transactions made with a card associated with the payment account, as well as any financial flow transaction on the investment account linked to the payment account. The following are excluded from eligible transactions: all transfers between users, as well as any withdrawal to an external account related to the Lydia offer.
*For a payment to be accepted, the account must have sufficient funds. If the balance is insufficient, the transaction will be automatically declined.
