Customers benefiting from an offer that can only be canceled after a year (black card or Sumeria+ with black card) and who want to switch to a higher-priced offer can in some cases (detailed in-app) terminate their initial commitment period.

  • If customers are committed annually with a currently valid offer, they will receive a refund on their main account, corresponding to the remaining months until the end of the commitment period of their offer (after they subscribed to the new offer).
  • If customers are committed monthly with a currently valid offer, they can terminate their offer and subscribe at the end of their commitment period.
Good to know: basic and standard cards remain active even after changing offers. They can be used for all payments, within the limits of the new offer chosen, free or not.

Process

Customers can change offers by navigating to the "Sumeria offers" screen from "Menu".

A bill will be sent via email a month after the subscription has started.

Since 04/02/24, Lydia+ customers have been migrated to Sumeria+, and Lydia Black+ customers to the Black Card. Pricing, commitment periods, and renewal dates remain unchanged.
