Customers benefiting from a Lydia offer that can only be ancelled after a year (Lydia+, Lydia Black+, Lydia Green+) and who want to switch to a Sumeria offer can in some cases (detailed in-app) terminate their initial commitment period.

  • If customers are committed annually with a currently valid Lydia offer, they will receive a refund on their main account, corresponding to the remaining months until the end of the commitment period of their Lydia offer (after they subscribed to the new offer).
  • If customers are committed monthly with a currently valid Lydia offer, they can terminate their offer and subscribe to the black card at the end of their commitment period.
Good to know: Black+, Green+ and Lydia+ cards remain active even after changing offers. They can be used for all payments, within the limits of the new offer chosen, free or not.

Process

Customers can change offers by navigating to the "Sumeria offers" screen from "Menu".

A bill will be sent via email a month after the subscription has started.

Lydia offers are no longer available.
