The client can generate this document in PDF format by accessing their application or from a computer.

From the application

From the "Accounts" screen, the ownership certificate is available in the "IBAN/RIB" section of the desired account.

From the web interface

The customer must access the detailed screen of the account in question to generate the document.

Document contents

The IBAN ownership certificate includes all necessary information (first name, last name, IBAN, account opening date) to be accepted by third-party organizations.
