The IBAN ownership certificate is a document that certifies that the customer is the legal holder of the mentioned IBAN, which can be requested for:
- Justification of the possession of their IBAN with third-party organizations (for transfers or direct debits).

In order to simplify our customers’ administrative procedures by eliminating the delays associated with requesting documents, the customer can also generate this document in PDF format by accessing their application or from a computer.
From the application
From the "Accounts" screen, the ownership certificate is available in the "IBAN/RIB" section of the desired account.
From the web interface
The customer must access the detailed screen of the account in question to generate the document.
