Types of document accepted

Here is the list of valid documents and the manipulations to be done when recording it.

Driving licences and health cards are not accepted.

An identity card, sometimes referred to as a national identity card, national identity card or identification card depending on the country, is an official document that enables a person to prove his identity.

Some French identity cards are still valid 5 years after the printed expiry date. Sumeria takes this extension into account. To find out more about the validity extension, click here.
When filming the ID card, it is advisable to hold it by the top and bottom edges.
This will be necessary for both sides of the document (front and back).

A passport is an official document that allows individuals to prove their identity and nationality.

When filming the passport, it is advisable to hold it by the side edges.

In the case of a non-EU passport, the customer must send a visa issued by a European Union country by email to contact@sumeria.eu.
