Sia is a virtual banking assistant, an Artificial Intelligence system that helps customers use their bank account differently through a simple text or voice request.

It can be used:

As a navigation assistant, to quickly access the right sections and screens

  • “Show my messages.”
  • “What transactions are coming up?”

To get help about the app or the services offered by Sumeria in general.

Sia responds instantly, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, but it does not provide advice.

Use of Personal Information

As part of its operations, Sia uses certain personal data strictly necessary to provide its services and respond to user requests. This may include:

  • Account and card labels;
  • Names of beneficiaries and frequent or favorite recipients;
  • The version of the application used or the current subscription plan.

In addition to its own processing activities, and in order to better meet client needs, Sia may rely on foundation models provided by generative AI providers such as Mistral AI, Google, or OpenAI. In this context, some of this data may be shared with these providers.

Sia systematically applies the principles of data minimization and least privilege, limiting data collection and access to only what is strictly necessary for the defined purpose.

Requests may be retained in anonymized form for a strictly limited period of 60 days, exclusively for quality control purposes.
