The card has two types of limits: those defined by the customer's offer and those that can be managed by the customer.
Card usage limits
All payment and withdrawal limits of the card can be viewed in the applicable rates and limits table .
Client-set ceilings
The customer can set or adjust the maximum amounts paid or withdrawn with their card at any time directly from their app or computer. To modify these limits, they must go to the "Limits" screen in the app. There, they can set their own monthly, weekly, and daily limits.
Ceilings reached
If the customer reaches one of the limits set by their offer and is unable to make a payment, they can request an increase to this limit from the "Help and messages" screen.
The limits set by the customer apply to all their cards and are calendar-based. Therefore, it is not currently possible to set different limits for each card.
