Sumeria may send various communications by email to its customers.
The different email addresses
Sumeria's emails are sent via the "support@info.sumeria.eu" or "support@news.sumeria.eu" and these email addresses are "no-reply". Until May 2024, some emails will continue to be sent using the following email address: "support@info.lydia-app.com".
Sumeria uses the Braze emailing tool, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). More details are available here, on the Braze website.
Preferences management
Some email communications may be mandatory for legal reasons: account opening confirmation, password renewal...
For other communications, the customer can choose which types of communication he wish to receive by going to the "Preferences" screen.
