Sumeria may send various communications by email to its customers.
As e-mail is not a secure communication channel, and is increasingly considered to be untimely, Sumeria is using this method less and less, replacing it with in-app messaging. Customers who receive e-mails from Sumeria must therefore be in a special situation, and are asked to be vigilant.
Domains used for e-mail addresses
- sumeria.eu (and its sub-domains, such as info.sumeria.eu)
- isbs.eu (and its sub-domains, such as info.isbs.eu)
As part of the change of name from Lydia to Sumeria for banking services, it is possible that during a transition phase the domain lydia-app.com and its sub-domains may still be used.
The customer must ignore or report any e-mail received from another domain that purports to be Sumeria.

Preferences management
Some email communications may be mandatory for legal reasons: account opening confirmation, password renewal...
For other communications, the customer can choose which types of communication he wish to receive by going to the "Preferences" screen.
