Cookie: definition
A cookie is a small text file that may be stored on a user's device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) when they consult an online service using their browser software or applications.
In this Policy, all these technologies are referred to as "Cookies".

Unless otherwise specified herein, the Cookies used by Lydia Solutions are necessary to ensure the proper functioning and performance of the mobile applications (hereinafter the "Application(s)") and of the Lydia Solutions websites (hereinafter the "Website(s)").
This includes Cookies that enable users to access protected areas of the Websites and Applications.
Use of Cookies
We use Cookies to:
- Make the Application(s) and Website(s) function in accordance with the user’s expectations;
- Improve the reliability, speed and security of the Application(s) and the Website(s) and resolve bugs;

These Cookies are necessary for the operation of the Websites and Applications and cannot be deactivated from Lydia Solutions' systems. They also allow the user to use the main functions of the Applications and Sites and to secure the connection.

Audience measurement Cookies
These are Cookies whose sole purpose is to produce anonymous statistics. They allow Lydia Solutions, exclusively, to measure the performance of its digital applications.
The management of the Websites and Applications requires the use of traffic and/or performance statistics to meet various needs. These different needs include in particular:- the optimization of technical performance and the functioning of the services offered,- the detection of navigation problems,- the improvement of page ergonomics and new page versions,- the measurement of the traffic of the various contents and the evaluation of the power of the necessary servers (for example, the most frequently consulted pages, the most frequent searches in the Website's search engine, the ergonomics of new page versions...).
These Cookies do not allow the global tracking of the person's navigation on several applications and websites (cross-device, cross-domain) and are not cross-referenced with other processing or transmitted to third parties.

In addition, we may also use web beacons (or clear GIFs) and other similar technologies in addition to, or in combination with, cookies. These Cookies allow Lydia Solutions and its partners to present personalised advertisements based on the user's browsing on an Application and a Site and on his profile. If he does not authorise these Cookies, a personalised profile of advertisements meeting his needs and desires will not be created and the advertising will be less targeted.
Lydia Solutions also uses the browsing data collected via these tracers to feed its customer knowledge and send personalised communications in line with the user's needs. In particular, these trackers make it possible to obtain the following data:

Data relating to your Terminal
Lydia Solutions actively analyses the characteristics of the user's device used for identification purposes. The Terminal can be identified and distinguished from other devices on the basis of information and identification characteristics that it automatically sends, such as IP address or browser type.

Social network Cookies
These Cookies are activated by the services offered on the social networks that Lydia Solutions has added to the Website(s) and to the entire Application in order to give the user the possibility of sharing Lydia Solutions' content with his network and acquaintances.
