The card is fully controllable and configurable from the application. From the screen of the card in question, the customer will have access to its settings.

Card blockage

In case of loss or theft of the card, the customer can temporarily block their card from their mobile app or computer. This operation is free, reversible, and unlimited.

The customer can also choose to destroy their card. In this case, they will not be able to reactivate it.

Card options

Depending on the card type the customer can configure certain options :

For online payment proceeded via Google Pay, Apple Pay or Samsung pay the payment abroad and online payment options aren't required.

We recommend the customers to use virtual cards for secure online purchases.

Card limits

The customer can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly payment limits.

PIN code (physical card only)

The customer can view and change the PIN code for their card.

Card replacement

If the customer's card expires, they can obtain a new one for free.
