The client can easily find a transaction in their history using the advanced search. The client can search by keywords or use specific filters.
Filter transactions
To filter transactions, the client must access their history from the accounts screen of the application.
The client will then have access to:
- a search bar;
- advanced filters;
- a summary of their expenses.
Search bar
The search bar allows typing keywords to find specific transactions. The client can search for:
- the name of a recipient or payer;
- the name of a store, restaurant, pharmacy, etc.;
- the amount of a transaction;
- the name of a previously personalized transaction.
The client will get a list of all transactions made based on the search.
Extended search across all accounts
To ensure the reliability of the results, Sumeria includes an automatic search feature:
- If the client performs a search while only a part of their accounts is selected, the application discreetly compares this result with a search including all accounts, including archived accounts.
- If matching transactions exist on other accounts, a message informs the client.
- The client can then expand their search to all of their accounts without manually changing their filters.
This system ensures that the client can find all relevant transactions and obtain complete results.
Advanced filters
The client can refine their search using filters such as period, amount, type of transaction, or money movement.
The client can also open and close sections by clicking on the section titles.
Transaction type
The client can choose whether or not to display the following information:
- card payments;
- transfers;
- direct debits;
- withdrawals;
- card top-ups;
- Lydia;
- interest-bearing current account;
- fees;
- earnings;
- investments;
- loans;
- savings account.
Period
The client can select any period since the opening of their account.
Amount
As with the search bar, the client can search for transactions corresponding to a specific amount.
They can also, using a selector, search for transactions less than, greater than, or equal to the desired amount.
Go further
The client can combine multiple filters to find transactions, including by card, by reconciled transactions, or by category.
