Customer should ask himself when he sent the money, if he indicated the correct bank details and if the recipient has checked these account statements.
Check the send date
Transfers sent via the application are instant and free of charge.
In some cases, the transfer is sent in the classic way, i.e. between 2 and 3 working days.
As banks are closed from Saturday to Monday, all transfers made on Thursdays and Fridays are likely to be placed on standby during the weekend. There is also a delay of one or two days on public holidays
Check the beneficiary IBAN
Customer can check the IBAN to which he has sent his transfer from his history.
If the customer has sent the transfer to the wrong recipient, he can contact the recipient to find a solution. If necessary, they can also contact Customer Services.
If the format of the recipient IBAN indicated is not correct, the transfer cannot be sent. However, it is not possible to check in advance if the recipient IBAN is linked to a closed bank account or not.
Check the beneficiary account statement
The beneficiary should check his bank statement or account history to ensure that the transfer has been received correctly.
