In a context of rising fuel prices, Sumeria helps its customers reduce their daily expenses by offering 10% cashback on their fuel expenses.
Validity period
The campaign is valid from May 1st to July 31st, 2026.
Who can benefit from it?
This offer is exclusively for new Sumeria customers (i.e., those who created their Sumeria account during the promotional period). The offer is limited to the first 300,000 new customers.
Which transactions are eligible?
To be eligible, the payment must:
- To be carried out at a service station located on French territory;
- To be carried out with the Sumeria card during the duration of the operation;
- Generate a minimum cashback amount of €0.20 per transaction.
It is possible that the seller is not registered as a service station with our payment network. In this case, the payment may not be recognized as eligible.
Cashback calculation and limits
Each customer is eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- 10% of the amount of each transaction.
- Up to €10 cashback per transaction.
- Up to €30 total cashback per customer over the entire duration of the offer.
- Total operation budget: €3,000,000.
Cashback payment
The cashback will be paid within 15 working days following the date of the eligible payment.
Why haven't I received my cashback?
The most frequent reasons are as follows:
- You are not a new customer (account created outside the dates of the operation).
- The transaction is not yet finalized (authorization pending).
- The payment was not detected as a gas station transaction.
- The transaction did not take place in France (including overseas departments and regions).
- The transaction amount was too low (cashback less than €0.20).
- You have reached the maximum of €30 in total cashback.
- The overall cap of 300,000 beneficiaries or the €3M budget limit has been reached.
- The campaign had expired at the time of the transaction.
