What is an inoperative seizure?

A seizure is considered invalid when the client's bank account does not have sufficient funds to cover the demand (or when the seizure is no longer justified – e.g., the client has already paid their debt). In this case, the operational department must conduct various checks and notify the relevant parties, resulting in additional fees that are deducted directly from the client's account.

Amount of fees

Incident fees may be charged up to €99; this information can be found in the "Fees and Limits" appendix . Lydia Solutions has determined that management fees for unsuccessful data entry are limited to €50.
