The Lydia+ offer can be paused for the following reasons:

  • the user has not paid for the offer, in which case the subscription is paused 3 days after the expected payment date;
  • the user has cancelled Lydia+, in which case the offer is paused on the subscription anniversary date.
    Following the pause, the customer has 3 weeks to subscribe again without anything changing (on the Lydia+ member page), except for the billing anniversary date.

All settings saved as a Lydia+ customer will then be restored (cards, accounts and payment rules will be reactivated).

After this period, these settings will be permanently deleted from the application.

When the subscription is paused, the Lydia Standard limits are applied to the customer.
