Cancelling a Sumeria offer
Customers can cancel their Sumeria offer at any time from the "Offer" tab, accessible from "Me" section. They then need to click on “Modify my offer,” followed by "Change offer," and finally "End my benefits". Once the commitment period has ended, the offer will not be renewed.
