Terminate a Sumeria offer

Customers can terminate their Sumeria offer at any time from the "Sumeria offer" screen, accessible from "Menu" by taping "Change my Sumeria offer".

Terminate the black card

Customers can terminate their offer even if the commitment period of 12 months is not over. In this case, they will retain the benefits linked to their offer until the end of the commitment period. Once their subscription is over, they will no longer enjoy the benefits linked to their offer and new limits will apply.

The subscription to the black card is for a minimum of 12 months. At the end of this period, the black card can still be used with the limits of the classic card.
Terminate Sumeria+

Customers who chose the monthly plan are subscribed for a minimum of 6 months and can only request to terminate their offer after this period.

Customers who chose the annual plan have access to the Sumeria+ offer for 12 months. In case of early termination, customers cannot be refunded for the months they will not be using.

Terminate a Lydia offer

Customers who want to terminate their Lydia+, Lydia Black+ or Lydia Green+ annual subscription to get a Sumeria offer can, in some cases, terminate their initial commitment period.

Customers can terminate their Lydia+, Lydia Black+ or Lydia Green+ offer at any time from the "Sumeria offer" screen, accessible from "Menu" by taping "Change my offer".

Customers using V12 of the application can terminate their offer from the "Lydia versions" screen accessible from the "Accounts" tab by tapping "Change Lydia offer".
Commitment period

Lydia Green+ and Lydia Black+ can be subscribed for a minimum of 12 months.

Customers can terminate their offer even if this period is not over. In this case, they will retain the benefits linked to their offer until the end of the commitment period. Once their subscription is over, they will no longer enjoy the benefits linked to their offer and new limits will apply.

Good to know: the Lydia Black+ card remains active even once the version has been cancelled. It can then be used for all payments, with the limits of the classic card.

Customers can check the end date of their commitment period in their offer management screen.

Customers using V.13 of the application can no longer subscribe to Lydia offers. These customers can subscribe to the black card or to Sumeria+.
