Cancelling a Sumeria offer

Customers can cancel their Sumeria offer at any time from the "Sumeria offer" screen, accessible from the "Menu" screen and by tapping "Change my Sumeria offer" and then "Get the basic card".

Terminating the standard card

Customers can cancel their offer even if it hasn't been 3 months yet. In that case, they will retain the benefits linked to their offer until the end of the withdrawal period. Once their subscription is over, they will no longer enjoy the benefits linked to their offer and new limits will apply.

Customers who went for annual billing have access to the standard card for 12 months. In case of early cancellation, customers cannot be refunded for the months they will not be using.
Terminating the black card

Customers can cancel their offer even if it hasn't been 12 months yet. In that case, they will retain the benefits linked to their offer until the end of the 12 months period. Once their subscription is over, they will no longer enjoy the benefits linked to their offer and new limits will apply.

The subscription to the black card is for a minimum of 12 months. At the end of this period, the black card can still be used with the limits of the basic card.
Cancelling Sumeria+ or Sumeria+ and the standard card

Cancellation policy

  • Customers who chose the monthly billing are subscribed for a minimum of 6 months and can only cancel once that 6 months period is over.
  • Customers who chose the annual billing have access to the Sumeria+ offer for 12 months. In case of early cancellation, customers cannot be refunded for the months they will not be using.

Status of tools and project accounts

If customers choose to terminate their Sumeria+ offer, the accounts they opened during the programme (major project, project accounts, cash reserve) become standard sub-accounts. The balance of the accounts and their names remain unchanged but the tools that funded them are no longer available.

Cancellation policy

Customers can cancel their offer anytime from the "Sumeria offers" screen in the Menu.

Customers using V12 of the application can terminate their offer from the "Lydia versions" screen accessible from the "Accounts" tab by tapping "Change Lydia offer".

Customers can terminate their offer even if this period is not over. In that case, they will retain the benefits linked to their offer until the end of the 12 months period. Once their subscription is over, they will no longer enjoy the benefits linked to their offer and new limits will apply.

Good to know: the Lydia Black+ card remains active even once the version has been cancelled. It can then be used for all payments, with the limits of the basic card.

Customers can check when their cancellation policy lets them cancel their offer in the screen dedicated to managing their offer.

Customers can no longer subscribe to Lydia offers.
