The customer can cancel their Sumeria offer at any time from the "Offer" tab.
Stop the standard card offer
The customer commits to a 3-month period when subscribing to the Standard Card offer. If they request cancellation of their offer, they will continue to benefit from their advantages until the end of the commitment period. Once their subscription ends, the customer will lose these advantages and will be subject to the basic spending limits.
Stop Sumeria+ or Sumeria+ with standard card
The customer commits to a 6-month period when subscribing to the Sumeria+ or Sumeria+ with Standard Card offer. If they request cancellation of their offer, they will continue to benefit from its advantages until the end of the commitment period. Once their subscription ends, the basic spending limits will apply, and they will no longer have access to the Sumeria+ features.
If the customer has chosen the annual plan, the offer is available for 12 months. In case of early termination, no refund will be given for the unused months.
Stop the black card offer
The customer commits to a 12-month period when subscribing to the Carte Noire offer. If they request cancellation of their offer, they will continue to benefit from its advantages until the end of the commitment period. Once their subscription ends, the customer will lose these advantages and will be subject to the basic spending limits.
Stop Sumeria+ with a black card
If the customer has chosen the monthly plan, they are committed for 12 months and can only request cancellation after this period.
If the customer has chosen the annual plan, the offer is available for 12 months. In case of early termination, no refund will be given for the unused months.
Status of Sumeria+ features in case of cancellation
When a customer cancels their Sumeria+ subscription, or their card subscription (standard or black) that includes Sumeria+, the accounts created under this program (e.g., Major Project , Project Accounts , Budget Accounts , Reserve Account ) automatically become regular sub-accounts. The account balance and name are retained, however, the advanced features offered by Sumeria+ will no longer be available.
Withdrawing from an offer
The customer has a legal right to withdraw from their offer within 14 days of subscribing, without cause and at no cost, directly through the application. Two options are available, depending on the customer's choice:
- To withdraw from the offer and keep your account: From the "Offer" tab, the customer clicks on "Cancel my offer" then selects "Withdraw from my new offer".
The offer is cancelled instantly. The customer immediately loses all their benefits (high limits, included insurance, concierge service) and reverts to the basic limits of the free offer.
- Withdrawing from the offer and closing the account: If the customer wishes to terminate their offer and permanently close their relationship with Sumeria, they can go to the "Security" tab, then to the "Account Management" section and select "Withdraw and close my account".
