Verification by SMS (text message)

For each connection to the application, customers will have to confirm the receipt of a text message by entering the code it contains.

Several reasons might explain the fact that the text message is not received:

  • The customer is travelling abroad (Sumeria texts aren't received in every country)
  • The customer filled out an incorrect phone number
  • The customer changed of phone number
  • There is a technical issue with the phone operator
  • There is a technical issue coming from the company that manages our texts.

If possible, the customer can check the number linked to the account and change it if necessary. Otherwise, the customer can try again a few hours later.

If it still does not work, the customer should get in touch with the customer service at contact@sumeria.eu.
