This feature is reserved for customers who already have an active and verified Sumeria account.

A Sumeria customer can log in to their account using a computer and a web browser. The mobile app serves as their access key, so the customer must have the app open on their phone at the same time.

Computer connection

To log in to their account from a computer, the customer must go to https://app.sumeria.eu/login from their browser and enter the phone number associated with their account.

The customer is then asked to enter a security code . This code can be viewed in the Sumeria mobile application by clicking on "Web Authentication Requests" from the "Security and Privacy" screen. This code is personal, temporary, and should never be shared with any third party, including anyone claiming to be from Sumeria.

It is recommended never to use Sumeria from a public or shared computer and to always log out after use.

For security reasons, a session will last 30 minutes. After this time, the client will be automatically disconnected and will have to reconnect.
