Customer funds are guaranteed

The money customers have on their accounts is guaranteed by the Fonds de Garantie des Dépôts fund up to €100,000 in accordance with European regulations. 

This means that even in the event of financial failure for Lydia Solutions or one of its partners, customers will always get their money back.

Lydia Solutions is registered with the French central bank (Banque de France)

Lydia Solutions is a payment institution subject to control by the ACPR. This branch of the Banque de France ensures good practice from the financial system's operators and oversees its stability.

Lydia Solutions is a member of the Visa network

Lydia Solutions chose Visa to allow its clients to withdraw money and pay at more than 80 million stores all over the world, free of charge.

With the Visa card, fraud risks are significantly decreased, thanks in part to algorithms detecting irregularities. This card is accepted everywhere, even in digital format on smartphones.

Security at the heart of all features

Should customers lose their card, they can block it and unblock it as many times as they see fit from the "Cards" screen in-app. What's more, the card's PIN code can be changed in one click.

In the event where customers don't trust an e-commerce website, they can create card numbers that auto-destruct once the purchase is made. This way, their main card remains safe. 

If fraud still occurred on a card or an account without customers being guilty of negligence, they will be refunded the amount of the fraud. Learn more.

On no account would we ask customers for their password or card numbers via email or telephone.
