It takes a maximum of 15 working days between the date of the order and the date of delivery of the card, for delivery in mainland France.
If the delivery address is outside mainland France, the delivery may take longer.
Once ordered, the card is shipped from France to the postal address provided at the time of the order. Most of our deliveries have a tracking number.
Customers will be able to follow its routing after having selected the card in question from the in-app Cards section.
If the deadlines mentioned above are exceeded, or if customers notice an issue in the follow-up of the delivery, they can contact the customer service.
Delivery times are longer for events cards such as the card bearing the Paris 2024 colours.
