A "Lydia wallet" account is present in the customer's list of accounts. This account is credited by default when receiving Lydia payments.  

Using money from the "Lydia wallet"

The customer can transfer the balance from this account to a Sumeria account or to an external bank account. The customer can also use this money to send it to one of their contacts or to participate in a Lydia money pot.

It is not possible to link a Sumeria card or add members to this account.

Displaying the "Lydia wallet" as a favorite in the app

If the customer uses the app solely or primarily to send and receive money, it is recommended to change the display order of the accounts in the app so that this new account appears first. This can be done from the "Preferences" screen.

It is not possible to archive this account.

Changing the account to receive Lydia

The Sumeria customer can choose to receive Lydia payments directly into the account of their choice. They just need to go to the "Preferences" screen.

For app versions 12.30 or earlier: When a customer sends a Lydia payment using a bank card, the Lydia will be received by default in the recipient's Lydia wallet.
