The customer can close his account at any time through the app or via email.
This action is irreversible: the customer will lose access to the applications provided by Lydia Solutions (Sumeria and Lydia), as well as his data.
Closing Lydia Solutions account in-app
Customers can delete their account at any time right from the app, by navigating to the "Security & privacy" screen and then by tapping "Delete my account".
By email
Customers can also ask to definitively close their Lydia Solutions accounts at any time by sending an email to contact@sumeria.eu that includes the following info:
- First and last name;
- Phone number linked to the Lydia account at issue;
- Reason for the account closure.
Should customers wish to open an account again, they will simply have to verify their identity.
