The customer can close his account at any time through the app or via email.

This action is irreversible: the customer will lose access to the applications provided by Lydia Solutions (Sumeria and Lydia), as well as his data.

Closing Lydia Solutions account in-app

The customer can close their account directly from the "Security and Privacy" section in the "Preferences" menu of their app.

By email

The client can also ask to definitively close his Lydia Solutions accounts at any time by sending an email to contact@sumeria.eu including the following info:

  • First and last name;
  • Phone number linked to the Lydia account at issue;
  • Reason for the account closure.

Should customers wish to open an account again, they will simply have to verify their identity.
