It is possible to change the payment source used for any card payment (physical cardcontactless mobile paymentvirtual card), for the payment of an offer or a donation. The amount will be debited from the new payment method and credited to the one that was used in the first place.

Certain specific transactions (notably pre-authorizations and security deposits) are also eligible for a change of expense account.

Changing a payment source

To change a payment source :

  • Open payment receipt of the related transaction within the transaction history or from the home screen ;
  • Click on the account debited to change the payment source, and select the new account to be debited ;
  • A confirmation via pin code or biometry is necessary to validate the operation.

Then the original payment method will be automatically credited with the transaction's amount. The new payment method will automatically be debited from the corresponding amount.

The change of payment source will be visible in the "transaction events" of the payment receipt.

Limits

This action is possible within the 90 days after the transactions and one time per transaction only.

The customer can proceed with a change of payment source 20 times per day and is limited to 150 changes of payment source per month.
