Set up of the PIN code
The PIN code is preset when the card is ordered. This is the code that the customer types into the payment terminal when paying at a merchant or withdrawing cash from an ATM.
The customer must choose a code that is difficult to guess and does not correspond to obvious information (date of birth, simple number sequences, etc.).
The PIN code is strictly confidential and must never be disclosed or kept with the card. When entering their confidential code (PIN), the customer must remain vigilant and ensure that the confidentiality of the code is preserved. In case of doubt or if the code is compromised, the customer can view and change it at any time from the app.
View PIN code
Customers can view their card PIN code from the details of the card concerned, by going to the Cards list screen in the application (for example, in the case the PIN code was forgotten).
Change PIN code
Customers can change it at any time from the card list screen in the application. Changes are free and unlimited.
To activate the new PIN, customers must go to an ATM and enter the new PIN to make a withdrawal.
