Setting the PIN code
The PIN code is set by the customer when they order their card. This is the code that the customer types into the payment terminal when paying at a merchant or withdrawing cash from an ATM.
View PIN code
Customers can view their card PIN code from the details of the card concerned, by going to the "Cards" screen in the application.
Change PIN code
Has the PIN code been used too much? Or has it been compromised? Customers can change it at any time from the 'Cards' screen in the application. Changes are free and unlimited.
To activate the new PIN, customers MUST go to an ATM and enter the new PIN to make a withdrawal.
