Set up of the PIN code
The PIN code is preset when the card is ordered. This is the code that the customer types into the payment terminal when paying at a merchant or withdrawing cash from an ATM.
View PIN code
Customers can view their card PIN code from the details of the card concerned, by going to the Cards list screen in the application (for example, in the case the PIN code was forgotten).
Change PIN code
Customers can change it at any time from the card list screen in the application. Changes are free and unlimited.
To activate the new PIN, customers must go to an ATM and enter the new PIN to make a withdrawal.
