The amount customers saved up is an indicator highlighting the sum of all the transactions that were made to their Sumeria+ accounts. Sumeria+ accounts include:

  • the major project
  • the project accounts
  • the cash reserve

All the assisted savings tools (rounding up to the nearest euro, start of month transfer...) and wire transfers made by customers to one of these accounts help to grow the amount saved up.

Inter-accounts transactions regarding Sumeria+ accounts do not affect the amount saved up (example: transaction from the major project to the cash reserve).

This indicator allows customers to observe in real time the amount they have saved up from the beginning of the month.

The amount they have saved up appears directly on their home screen. From the Sumeria+ centre, a chart showing the evolution of the amount saved up throughout the months is available.

Customers can check the detail of these transactions by selecting a specific month on the chart.
When customers take money from one of their Sumeria+ accounts (example: transaction from the cash reserve to their main account), the amount saved up doesn't go down. This is not a balance, but the sum of the received transactions.
