Customers who have not had their identity verified will be restricted in the use of their account.

They will not be able to :

  • receive more than €150 over 30 consecutive days;
  • hold more than €1,000 in their balance;
  • spend more than €50 per transaction;
  • spend more than €150 in total.

About the limits and fees applied.

New Sumeria customers will be asked to verify their identity when they create their account and are not impacted by these limits.
