If the customer has made a mistake on his e-mail address when creating his account, or no longer has access to his e-mail address, he must correct it as soon as possible.
Customer logged in
Customers can correct the incorrect e-mail address directly from the application.
To do so, the customer has to click on “Personal information” from his Profile.
Customer not logged in
This error does not prevent the customer from log in, as the connection is made using a phone number. It is possible to log in to the application and then correct the associated address.
