Bank aggregation: centralized management of all your bank accounts

Customers can add their bank accounts from the homepage of the app to:

  • Transfer money to an external bank account ;
  • Make transfers from an external bank account ;
  • See all bank external account balances, alongside their accounts ;
  • See all payments in a single history tab;
  • Get relevant alerts to quickly get an overview of accounts’ status at any given time (notifications when the balance is too low, or for each transaction made).

Linking external bank account

To connect your bank accounts:

To add an external bank account, the customer has to click on “Create another account” from the home page. He then needs to select external bank from the list and enter his usual bank details.

Additional security will be required, depending on the bank. For example, the customer may be asked to authenticate himself on his banking app to confirm that he is the originator of an online payment. This is called strong authentication.

If the customer has not verify his identity already, he will get redirected towards the identity verification procedure.
