Pay with a physical card

The card is accepted worldwide. It allows customers to pay in all stores, online, and withdraw cash. Payments and withdrawals are subject to systematic authorization and can only be made within the limits of the available account balance. Fees may apply for withdrawals abroad.

Pay with a virtual card

The virtual card allows you to generate temporary payment numbers for secure online payments. Customers can create and delete these numbers at any time.

Each virtual card is linked to a Sumeria account and benefits from the same security levels and limits as the physical card.

Pay with your mobile phone using contactless

Contactless mobile payment allows you to use your smartphone to pay in any store equipped with a contactless payment terminal (subject to a compatible terminal). Payment is secure and there are no limits on the amount.

Use of these payment methods

The use of these payment methods is subject to certain limits. Learn more.

Non-use of a card means that no transaction attempts have been made over a given period.

For security reasons, a card that has not been used for a period of 6 consecutive months will be automatically suspended. Customers can reactivate their card from the Cards section of their app.

After a period of 12 consecutive months without any payment attempts, the card will be deleted.

In the event of loss, theft, fraudulent use, or unauthorized use, the customer must immediately inform Sumeria in order to block the card, either directly via the application, by sending an email to contact@sumeria.eu, or by contacting our 24/7 Live Chat.
