Incoming transfer
Incoming transfers in euros (€) from a banking institution located in the SEPA area are completely free of charge and credited to customers’ accounts without any fees.
If a banking institution sends a transfer to the customer’s IBAN in a currency other than the euro (€), without prior conversion, or if the transfer is not issued in SEPA format, it cannot be processed. It will then be returned to the sending banking institution, which may apply fees.
Example:
- A euro transfer sent from a French, Spanish, or Italian account will be credited without fees.
- A transfer in British pounds or Swiss francs will be automatically rejected.
Outgoing transfer
Transfers sent from the customer's account are free of charge and processed instantly when the recipient's bank supports instant transfers. Otherwise, the transfer will be processed as a standard SEPA transfer, and the funds will be credited to the beneficiary's account within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
