From their application, customers can easily add an IBAN and transfer money to this IBAN.
Customer whose identity is not verified
Customers who haven't verified their identity yet can add and transfer money to IBANs from the following countries: Germany, England, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco and Portugal.
In accordance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing obligations, these transfers remain subject to regulatory limits and automatic checks.
Customers whose identity is verified
A customer whose identity is verified can add and transfer money to any IBAN located in a SEPA member country. Transfers are therefore possible to the 20 countries of the Euro zone.
Transfers are not possible to countries outside the Euro area, namely: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Denmark.
