To help the customer easily distinguish between multiple Visa cards, we offer a customization feature for your second card order. This practical option allows them to add text that identifies and differentiates their physical cards in a helpful and functional way.
To add Customization guidelines
The chosen text must fit within the allocated space on the card. While up to 20 characters is generally feasible, the exact number depends on character width. Narrow letters like 'I' can mean more characters, while wider ones like 'M' and 'W' might reduce the character limit. The restriction is based on physical space (in cm) rather than character count and varies with each card design.
Customers need to ensure that their texts are respectful and appropriate, as any insults or abusive language will be declined. We will notify them within 48 hours if their customization meets our guidelines. If not, they will have the opportunity to adjust the text and resubmit.
