The app sends push notifications to the phone of the customer after payment. It is optional but we recommend to keep it active in order to better track the expanses.

Toggle on the push notifications of the app

Android and iOS
  1. Allow the notifications from the main "Settings" of the device ;
  2. Launch the app and allow the notifications from the settings of the app.
From the settings in-app it is possible to setup the email notifications.

For which type of actions a push notification is sent

From "Notifications" section the customer can enable or deactivate notifications depending on the event. They can choose to get a push notification and/or an email notification.

Transactions and balance updates

The customer can set up various alerts to receive push notifications when a transaction involving the account happens.

They can display the updated balance of the account directly into the push notification following a transaction. To activate or deactivate this option the customer has to toggle the option "Display the balance."

Feature and service updates

The customers will receive push notifications on new features and service updates by toggling on the option "Good plans".
