Access the Security screen
The customer can access the "Security" screen by going to the "Me" tab. They can also access it directly by clicking on this link from their mobile device .
Screen contents: Security
The screen allows the client to view and customize all the application's security features. It is divided into several sections:
Emergency actions
Located at the top of the screen, these buttons allow the customer to react immediately in case of a problem:
- Lost card: to report the loss of a payment card.
- Lost phone: to report the loss of your phone.
- Suspicious transaction: to report an unusual movement of funds.
- Compromised account: to request to block access to your account if a third party has obtained your login details.
Authentication
- Web authentication requests: To access their account from a web browser, the customer must enter a unique security code, which can be found in this section. Learn more about logging in from a computer.
- Password: the customer can set a new password here.
- 4-digit code: The customer can choose to enable the entry of a shorter (four-digit) code instead of a long password to validate their actions. Learn more about the security code .
- Secret question: to configure the backup question used to confirm one's identity.
- Remove iCloud password: (on iOS) to manage the synchronization of your credentials with your iCloud keychain.
- Biometric authentication: The customer can enable and disable facial recognition or fingerprint scanning as a security step before any important actions performed within the application. Learn more about biometric authentication.
- Security on startup: By default, a security step is required each time the application is opened (biometric authentication or four-digit security code). The client can choose to enable/disable this security measure.
Alerts
- Important notifications: the customer can enable or disable the receipt of urgent messages from their advisor and payment alerts (upcoming, failed, etc.).
- Money movements: to manage notifications related to financial flows on your accounts.
Account management
- Log out: The customer can log out of the application. They will then need to log back in to use the application again. Learn more about account access .
- Block my account: The customer can block access to their account. Learn more about blocked accounts .
- Close my customer account: The customer can request the permanent closure of their account. Learn more about account closure .
