The paying offers allow customers who have subscribed to manage their finances simply and instantly.
Without having subscribed to one of these offers, it's still possible to use a lot of our features, but with more restrictive limits.
A full list of fees and limits applicable is available here.
When are fees applied?
Fees are applied each time the customer performs an action or operation exceeding the limit set by his ongoing offer.
Fees are applied only to the portion that exceeds the limit, with a minimum fee of €0.10, except for ATM withdrawals, for which the applicable minimum is €1.00.
How do I know if fees will be applied?
If this action is performed in the app (creation of an additional virtual card or account top-up), the customer will be notified when he reaches the limit and will have to confirm that he wishes to continue his operation.
If an operation has resulted in the application of certain fees, these are detailed in the transaction receipt. In order to access it, the customer just has to tap on the transaction they wish to review in their history.
How are these fees collected?
Fees are debited the next morning following the related transactions or actions.
If funds are available in the customer's wallers, the fees will be automatically debited. Otherwise, we will debit one of the external credit cards registered in-app.
If none of these payment methods can be used successfully, we will debit the main account from which may then fall into a negative balance. In this case, an email will be sent to the customer in order to rectify the situation and top up their account.
Once these fees have been debited, an email is sent to the customer with a complete and detailed list of these fees.
At the end of the month, the customer will also receive a summary of all fees charged in the previous period.
How can I consult my fees report?
To easily understand and track the fees applied on the account, customers can consult the statements of fees available directly on the application from the “Documents” menu.
Fee statements can be downloaded in PDF format and are available in two different formats: the monthly fee statement and the annual fee statement.
The monthly fees report is available for each month in which fees have been applied to the customer. If a customer has not paid any fees during a calendar month, this month will be omitted from the list of available monthly fee reports. The costs of subscriptions to Sumeria offers are not included in these reports. These reports are for information only, and are intended to help customers better understand the fees they are paying on their account.
The yearly fees report is a standardized document designed to provide a summary of fees, subscriptions plans and interest collected and deducted from the customer's account. The standardization of this document across Europe means that customers can easily compare fees from one bank to another. The yearly fees report is available to the customer during the month of January following the period covered by the yearly report.
